What is Mushroom Complex+?
Mushroom Complex+ is carefully selected blend of eight organically grown adaptogenic mushrooms traditionally used to support health and wellbeing: Chaga, Cordyceps, Coprinus comatus, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Oyster Betox-93(R), Reishi and Shiitake.
Adaptogens is the name given to mushrooms and herbal plants that support physical and mental wellbeing by promoting homeostasis – an optimal internal state in which all the body’s physical and chemical conditions are in a healthy balance.
Directions
Take two to four capsules daily, spread out during the day, 30 minutes before food.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Does not contain gluten.
Does not contain lactose.
